Chinese cupping massage has a wide range of applications, starting from the fight against cellulite, stretch marks or other cosmetic problems, as well as in muscle ailments or to combat back pain.

The Chinese cup works by sucking tissue under pressure. It is characterized by the fact that it has a round shape and rounded edges, thanks to which it can be easily sucked on the skin. The massage is performed with one of the four different sizes of rubber cups, with the use of natural oil or olives. It is based on the use of negative pressure, created as a result of the expansion of the compressed rubber, which sucks the skin. The purpose of such a process is to initiate a stronger flow of blood and body fluids in the area directly under the cup. The duration of the massage is approximately 20 minutes. However, in order to achieve the desired results, a series of 10 - 20 treatments is recommended.

Chinese cupping massage for therapeutic purposes can be used in spine pain (musculoskeletal), muscular ailments, pulmonary ailments, blood supply problems in a given area. In cosmetology, however, it is recommended to use it to remove cellulite, reduce the expressiveness of stretch marks, shape the body, improve blood circulation or nourish tissues.

Contraindication to the Chinese cupping massage is, among others: fever, cancer, skin diseases, varicose veins and inflammation of the veins, heart defects and its diseases, untreated hypertension, menstruation, pregnancy or age after 80 years of age.
